1 year FTC available for a talented Family Solicitor within a well-regarded, multi-office practice.
Our client is a progressive practice who offer a select range of legal services, from their network of offices stretching from the South West to South East. Their ability to provide high - quality specialised advice, has allowed them to develop an excellent reputation for client care and a team which includes some of the finest legal talent in the field. With numerous accreditations, they continue to go from strength to strength and are now looking to add to their team.
The Role
We are now seeking a dynamic Family Solicitor to join our clients’ leading practice in the Reading area on a locum basis for one year. Hitting the ground running, as part of a specialist team; the successful Solicitor will manage a full and varied caseload of family and children matters to include: divorce; financial remedy; child arrangement orders; injunctions; domestic abuse and; care proceedings. A combination of Legal Aid and private experience is essential for the position, as are strong advocacy and negotiation skills.
Our client offers exposure to a diverse caseload and competitive remuneration for this locum, 12-month assignment; with the possibility of becoming permanent at the end of the contract. Please contact Jake for further information quoting reference JHS25326.
The Candidate
You must be a qualified Solicitor, with applications sought from those at all levels (NQ to 15 – 20 years’ PQE).
You must have a solid background in Family law to including public and privately-funded work and care proceedings.
You will have excellent technical and organisational skills with the ability to manage a demanding caseload with minimal supervision.
You will be IT literate.
You must be available for a one year fixed term contract.
