THE ROLE
Our client is seeking to appoint an ambitious and highly motivated Conveyancing Lawyer to join their well-established team in Cambridge. You will be handling a full and varied caseload of residential conveyancing property matters including sales and purchases; transfers of equity; remortgages; and lease extensions. This is an exciting and hands-on role within a specialist team suited to a talented and confident professional seeking to further develop their career within this area.

THE CANDIDATE
To be considered for this role you must:
Be a qualified Solicitor, Legal Executive or Licensed Conveyancer with a minimum of 3 years’ PQE;
Have solid experience within residential property law gained within a reputable practice;
Have strong technical and client care skills;
Be a team player and also able to work on your own initiative;
Be able to manage a busy caseload with minimal supervision.
