RTA Paralegal

Our client, an established Personal Injury Law Firm, is looking to recruit an experienced RTA Paralegal to join their team in Bradford. This position has come available due to a demand for support in the department with an increase in work.

The position requires managing a caseload of pre-litigated RTA claims and taking them through the MOJ portal. You will be working with the head of department and as well as dealing with pre-ligated claims, you shall be assisting with the litigated files he deals with. This means that this role comes with natural progression and personal development opportunities.

Candidates ideally will be fully competent at dealing with their own pre-litigated caseload having been an RTA Paralegal previously and have dealt with the portal for a minimum of 12 months. Applicants who also have a working knowledge of the litigation process are strongly encouraged to apply. The successful candidate must have a proven track record of dealing with Personal Injury claims and must have experience in a similar role.
