In this catastrophic injury solicitor role, you will likely handle a wide range of personal injury cases, consisting of predominately brain, spinal, catastrophic, and lifelong injuries. You will run your own caseload of defendant catastrophic injury files in excess of £250,000, and assist the partner on multi-million pound claims.
 
To be considered for this catastrophic injury solicitor role, you will be a qualified solicitor or legal executive with at least three years’ post qualification experience in catastrophic injury, with experience of managing your own caseload from instruction to completion. It is necessary you are able to demonstrate excellent client care skills and maintain an empathetic disposition, even whilst defending claims.
