A great opportunity for a Senior TMT Lawyer to join one of the leading global investors in the region. Our client is looking for an experienced TMT legal professional to join one of its joint venture companies in Abu Dhabi bringing an exciting new technology project to the region. The company specialises in supporting business intelligence and decision makers across different industries in the Middle East.
As a Senior TMT Lawyer, you would be reporting to the General Management team and Board and would be managing the implementation, operation and development of contracts, governance and compliance policies and procedures.
Essential Skills/Main Requirements:
- Must have 8-10 years experience in technology related contracts and legal advisory services
- Must have strong knowledge of applicable UAE, regional and foreign laws and regulations
- Preferably a UK/commonwealth qualified lawyer
- Ideally have expertise in anti-bribery and data protection
- Deep knowledge of IT industry and practices are preferable
- Arabic language skills desirable but NOT essential.
