The Property Conveyancer role will involve handling a mix of residential and commercial property transactions. This is a busy caseload including re-mortgages matters, development projects, sales & purchases, new builds, and commercial leases & licences.

You must be able to deliver top class customer service while effectively managing a busy caseload. The team you will be joining is friendly and supportive and you will be able to grow and develop within an efficient team structure. Qualified Solicitors, Paralegals and CILEx will all be considered for this role, granted you have previous experience handling your own caseload.
