My client are one of the leading recovery law firms based in Manchester. They are looking to expand their busy Mortgage team and recruit a Debt Paralegal.
As a Debt Paralegal you will play a vital part in ensuring clients have the best experience possible over the telephone. You will provide technical and practical support in dealing with the rehabilitation of clients in mortgage arrears. You will also handle mortgage servicing as part of the Debt Paralegal role.
In this busy and diverse role you will handle collection of overdue debt, providing professional, approachable contact for all customers, clients & third parties whilst maintaining the highest level of customer service.
The successful Debt Paralegal will have excellent communication, telephone, organisational and negotiation skills.
