Projects & Infrastructure Solicitor

First class opportunity available for a Projects & Infrastructure Solicitor 1 PQE+ to join a market leading Finance & Projects team in Leeds city centre within one of the country’s pre-eminent law firms, noted for its particular expertise in energy renewables together with oil, gas and power projects.

You will have access to an impressive client base incorporating private and public sector clients and funders across a broad array of sectors to include transport and defence, energy, utilities and infrastructure projects.

As an experienced Projects & Infrastructure Solicitor, you will advise on a broad array of infrastructure finance including project finance and bond financing in addition to procurement matters.

To be successful in this opportunity, your experience as a solicitor to date will fall within either projects and/or energy and/or non-contentious construction.  You will also have excellent academics (minimum 2:1) and will have qualified with a comparable Top Tier law firm coupled with a sound commercial acumen.
