Magic circle law firm are looking to expand their Private Funds team. You will be joining a global market leader in working with alternative fund managers and other asset managers to establish and operate the whole range of alternative private investment funds. Their global team advises managers throughout the fund life cycle including fund establishment, structuring and marketing as well as ongoing operational issues, secondary transactions and restructuring mandates.

The team hosts a very collegiate environment and best suits a personable individual with a team playing attitude. The successful candidate will be a self-starter and who can assume full responsibility for areas under his or her management.

Ideally you will have a strong private fund formation background. In addition to top level technical skills in fund formation, and you will will be highly experienced in the negotiation of fund terms both with fund managers and investors and an excellent communicator.
