Our client is a leading pan-offshore law firm entering an exciting period of expansion in the Caribbean.
The firm's successful litigation team acts for governments, international corporates, banks, insurers, and trust companies. The team advises on a full range of work including complex financial disputes and major commercial litigation, litigation involving cross-border issues, contentious insolvency and restructuring matters, asset tracing and recovery actions. Work is often multi-party and cross-jurisdictional.
You will have a strong academic and professional background and have gained at least eight years of commercial and insolvency litigation experience at a top-tier UK, Australian, New Zealand or other international law firm known for its litigation practice.
For solicitors based overseas, a competitive relocation and remuneration package is available.
