This New York headquartered law firm with an established London office and European presence is currently seeking a junior Real Estate Finance Associate.
Role
Sitting in the firm's Banking and Real Estate practices you will advise clients on a range of credit transactions and financial instruments, with a focus on sponsor driven real estate investments Clients include major private equity firms and real estate investors. Recent work has included:
- Advising a private equity firm on a European platform, comprising more than 30 financings
- Advising on the acquisition of a multibillion Euro residential mortgage portfolio
- Advising on the financing of European property assets purchased as part of an acquisition from another private equity company
Requirements
- Outstanding academics
- Training at a Magic Circle, Silver Circle or US law firm
- At least 6 months experience in finance with a focus on real estate finance
Salary
£120,000 - £135,000 depending on PQE.
