This is an international law firm with a small but well regarded Finance practice, seeking a 1.5 to 3.5 PQE Finance Associate with a mix of finance experience.
Working with a few partners from different backgrounds on an eclectic mix of work, you will be an important driving force in the growth of this relatively new practice in a well established US firm.
Role
- Representing financial institutions (including banks and funds), mezzanine providers, agents, sponsors and borrowers in secured and unsecured financings.
- This includes leveraged finance, acquisition finance, corporate finance and trade finance.
- Working within a highly collegiate and supportive working environment, which is mirrored across the firm.
Requirement
- Ideally 2-3 PQE in general finance with strong UK experience from a leading firm.
- You should have a desire to take on a large amount of responsibilty and client contact.
Salary
£100,000 to £120,000
