Our client, a highly regarded law firm based in Barnsley are looking to recruit a NQ Solicitor to join their Residential Conveyancing department.
The ideal candidate will have recently qualified as a Solicitor or Legal Executive and have a comprehensive understanding of the Conveyancing process. The role will include working alongside a team of 3 other Conveyancers managing a caseload including (not limited to):
*Sales, purchases & re-mortgages
*Freehold & leasehold
*Transfers of equity
*New builds
*Right to buy

Fee Earners within this department are supported by a team of long serving experienced Conveyancing support staff.
