The firm boasts a formidable reputation in the Private Funds space. It generates a huge amount of work and even has to outsource some due to the popularity of the firm with its clients.

The Associates in the Private Funds team are given an exceptional level of responsibility and client contact. The Partners encourage this as they see all Associates as future Partners of the firm. The firm are also looking to pay a salary of between £140,000 and £190,000 plus bonus.

The requirements for this Private Funds Associate position are:

  • Excellent academic record (Min 2.1 from Russell Group University)
  • UK qualified with 2-4PQE having worked at a leading Magic Circle or US law firm
  • Strong experience in premium private equity fund formation work
