Today we have been approached by a respected and long standing full service North Cheshire firm where there is now an opportunity for an experienced residential conveyancer to run a small branch office.

On offer is an excellent salary of up to £40,000, a good quality and busy caseload, employment stability and a friendly team to be part of.

With assistance from an experienced team of support staff, you will be handling a varied caseload of conveyancing matters including freehold, leasehold, unregistered, shared ownership, new build properties, Right to Buy and transfer of equity.

The Head of Department is looking for a technically capable conveyancing fee earner with the experience to handle a large volume of files (local and panel) with support. The right personality 'fit' is important to my client as is recruiting someone who is looking for a long term and stable career.
