My client, an international bank based in London are looking for a Capital Markets Professional Support Lawyer.
The role would involve working in the bank's Capital Markets business and helping build out the companies rules library for the second line activities it undertakes. These include corporate areas such as Risk and Finance.
Experience required for the role:
- Qualified lawyer with excellent experience gained either in a top private practice firm or in house
- 5 years PQE*, ideally with experience in securitisation, structured debt and capital markets in the UK or any common law jurisdiction.
