Residential Conveyancer

Leading national conveyancer is seeking experienced Residential Conveyancers to join its award winning team.  Our client is a highly regarded, specialist residential conveyancing businesses with offices across the UK. Having seen significant growth in the last few years, this award winning residential conveyancing business is recruiting experienced conveyancers to join on a home working / remote basis. This is a unique opportunity, offering agile working for experienced fee earners who require reduced hours or flexible working.You will be a residential property solicitor, legal executive, Licensed Conveyancer or experienced conveyancing fee earner with a minimum of 3 years’ file handling experience.
Conveyancers applying for this role must be well versed handling a volume caseload of conveyancing transactions from inception through to post completion.  Your experience will include: sales and purchases of freehold and leasehold properties, new build, leasehold flats, auction properties and more complex registered and unregistered titles.
