I am delighted to be recruiting for a well-established, multi-office law firm who are looking to recruit a Residential & Commercial Property Solicitor to join their expanding Liverpool office.
As the ideal candidate, you must have a minimum of 2 years PQE in buy-to-let landlord work. You will be confident in a fast-paced environment and be competent under pressure.
The caseload for this role will consist of buy-to-let landlord & tenant cases. Initially you will be taking over a massive caseload of files in this particular area therefore must be able to hit the ground running.
In return, this firm offers a salary of up to 40,000 per annum DOE.
