Residential Conveyancing Solicitor

Are you an experience Residential Conveyancing Solicitor looking to develop your career in a successful and supportive firm?

Our client is a reputable independent legal practice based in Manchester and requires a Residential Conveyancing Solicitor to support a growing team.

The role requires a Residential Conveyancing Solicitor with between 2-6 years' post qualification experience, someone who will embrace changing responsibilities and be capable of advising on a wide range of Residential Property matters. NQs will be considered provided applicants have solid experience in Residential Conveyancing prior to qualifying.

You will be expected to handle a range of matters including sales and purchases, site set ups, plot sales and high value properties. You will also be required to advise on property matters that arise within the Private Client team.

You must demonstrate accurate, confident and timely responses to clients and maintain a consistently high level of organisation throughout your work. Building rapport and maintaining relationships is key to this role.
