NQ Lawyer

A Berkshire based international electronics manufacture is looking for a legal counsel to join their friendly, fast paced legal team for a 12 month contract with the possibility of extending beyond this.

Our client is looking for a hard working, self starter that has the ability to work autonomously and as part of a team. You will have high attention to detail, great communication skills, excellent time management and organisational skills.

This is a rare and exciting opportunity for the successful candidate to really develop their career. The business offers a range of training courses both in the UK and in Europe.

Responsibilities include:
*Reviewing commercial terms and other marketing documents
*Marketing activities eg: bloggers, testimonials, reviews etc
*Advising on consumer promotions Ts and Cs
*Advising in matters relating to small claims in regards to consumer goods
*Supporting the Head of Legal with all company secretarial matters
*Providing advice and support on sales and marketing activities including consumer promotions and complaints

This is an interesting role with lots of scope to get involved in a wider range of work

The successful candidate will be a qualified lawyer. Knowledge of marketing law and consumer law is advantageous.
