Exciting new Commercial Property job opportunity with a development focus with this leading regional firm
Your new firm
Our client has a stand out reputation for their commercial property team, which spans their 5 offices. With an ever-growing property team that truly is the backbone of this collegiate firm, there is now an exciting job opportunity for a Commercial Property lawyer with development expertise to join this successful team in Bath.
Your new role
On offer is the opportunity to join one of the Southwest's leading development teams, enjoying all aspects of strategic and immediate land development, acting predominantly for developers. You will be advising on the full lifecycle of developments, from securing options over strategic land, to promoting and finally disposing of key developed sites.
What you'll need to succeed
The successful candidate will have trained and worked at a firm with a strong development team and have had experience of advising commercial and/or residential developers. You will be comfortable handling all key documentation involved in development projects, from option agreements to final sale agreements. You will also enjoy playing your part in building strong client relationships and in providing property support to the other internal departments in the firm.
What you'll get in return
With a close-knit and collegiate team in place, you will have the opportunity of working closely with partners on larger matters as well as running your own caseload. This is a great opportunity to join this established and highly regarded wider Commercial Property team.
What you need to do now
