Residential Property Conveyancer - This is an exciting opportunity for any aspiring conveyancer to take their career to the next level.
Our client, situated in the heart of Surrey for over 50 years and who have seen consistent growth now need a further residential property lawyer, either solicitor or Legal Executive with c.3+years relevant experience to join their team.
He/she will be expected to have detailed conveyancing knowledge of freehold and leasehold sales, purchases, remortgages and transfers of equity. You will be expected to administer excellent client care and show professionalism at all times. The firm have and established source of referrers and estate agents, however you will be encouraged to go out and market the department and generate new work.
