RTA Litigation Executive

My client is a Top 200 Law firm that specialises in personal injury. The firm covers every area of personal injury including public liability, occupier’s liability, road traffic accidents, employer’s liability, industrial disease, serious injuries and clinical negligence matters. 

Due to ongoing expansion plans, they are currently looking for additional non portal RTA Litigation Executives / fee earners to join their Road Traffic Accidents department in Manchester. You will have at least 12 months’ experience. The role will be to manage your own caseload of predominately litigated non portal fast track RTA matters. The work source is good quality non-cmc work.

This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious individual who would like to further advance their career within a legal 200 law firm. Applications are invited from RTA Solicitors (NQ-3 years’ PQE) / Cilex / Legal Executives, or those qualified by experience.
