Employment Solicitor - Senior Associate

This Regionall Firm has been a mainstay in the North West market for a number of years.

Recognised Nationally by Chambers and Legal 500 for their work in the space, they've become a quality option for Noth West Employment Solicitors. From a wider perspective, the Firm has ongoing plans to continue growth in the region as a key part of their strategy.

Currently there is capacity to add a Senior Associate to the team to add to the existing expertise. Ideally, you will bring a following business to more or less cover your costs, although there is flexibility and autonomy with the client profile to ensure targets are met and historic clients can be serviced. The team works nationally and truly offers something different to the International Firms in the City currently.

Ideally you will have 6+ years PQE from a National, Regional or Local Firm, but be skilled at client development, and with desires to grow your Practice with the support and infrastructure found at a national Firm.
