In-house Litigation Solicitor

An exceptional opportunity has arisen for a Senior Paralegal or NQ Solicitor, with substantial experience in Civil Litigation and Debt Recovery, to join the In-house legal function of this growing and reputable Financial Services organisation based in London. Salary is dependent on individual experience.

The business has seen significant growth in the past 12 months, due to both acquisition and natural expansion, and as such there is the opportunity for a Senior Paralegal or NQ Solicitor to join the In-house legal team and handle a complex caseload of litigated debt recovery matters.

Applications are invited from newly qualified Solicitors, or highly experienced Paralegals, who can demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of the CPR, in addition to knowledge of insolvency policies and processes. Candidates will ideally have CCA and FCA experience in addition to having handled a fully litigated and fast track caseload.
