My client, an international law firm, is looking for a Recruitment Coordinator to work alongside the HR Manager and HR Director. The main purpose of the role is to provide a first class recruitment service to the firm and take responsibility for coordinating and assisting with all hires. 

Main duties will include:

  • Drafting job descriptions, releasing adverts on job boards, shortlisting candidates for interviews, liaising with agencies, coordinating interviews, providing feedback and making offers of employment.
  • Working closely with the HR Manager to develop direct sourcing channels and recruiting strategies.
  • Generate monthly, quarterly and annual recruitment statistics for reports.
  • Ensure all terms and conditions with agencies are updated and periodically reviewed.
  • Process and reconcile invoices for recruitment fees.
  • Book agency temp cover/locum process for legal administrative support.
  • Overseeing archiving of recruitment files and ensuring compliance with data protection.
  • Assisting on any ad hoc recruitment project work as and when required.

Previous experience from either a recruitment agency environment or similar in-house role is required.  Degree educated, and a professional services background is essential.
