Planning Locum Wanted
Venn Group is currently seeking a planning solicitor with recent experience working in Local Government to start a position for 20 - 30 hours a week in a renowned local authority in Kent. This is a temporary and ongoing position. The line manager is willing to offer competitive hourly rates for the right candidate.
You must have had experience working in local authority acting as a Planning Solicitor.
The day to day duties of will include, but are not limited to:
- Drafting complex section 106 agreements
- Providing legal advice on planning matters
- Attending Planning committees (optional)
- Advising officers at briefings
This position would be ideal for a committed and dedicated planning solicitor who is looking for a part time position in a challenging, motivating and friendly team environment. The rates offered are competitive and a great opportunity to gain invaluable experience in Local Government. Along with this there is flexibility for remote working when required.
