Industrial Disease Pre-Litigation Paralegal

Our client, an internationally recognised firm, is looking for an Industrial Disease Pre-Litigation Paralegal to come and join their Leeds based team.

The successful candidate will be assisting a Claimant team with their files, in accordance to both internal and external standards. Your duties will include opening files, making initial phone calls, maintaining contact with clients throughout the file, requesting and accessing relevant documents such as medical records, vetting claims and assisting fee earners on other tasks.

It is essential that candidates will have a minimum of 6 months experience of dealing with NIHL cases as an Industrial Disease Pre-Litigation Paralegal, whether it is your own caseload or supporting a Fee Earner, both will be considered.

For the right candidate, progression will be available up to Fee Earner stage and after 6 months, internal applications are welcomed to other areas of the business. This would be the perfect role for an Industrial Disease Pre-Litigation Paralegal looking for a move to a firm where they can progress and develop their skill set.
