High profile national firm with a highly regarded team are now looking to strengthen by appointing a dispute resolution and commercial litigation solicitor to handle a top quality caseload of Litigation matters.

In this role you will work alongside colleagues handling a variety of commercial litigation matters relating to high net worth commercial contracts, fraud, professional negligence, judicial review, contentious trust and probate matters, high value arbitration matters and sometimes these will involve international clients.

On very high net worth matters you would be assist senior partners and associates on key pieces of work but you will have access to those long standing clients and you will be able to forge your relationship with them,.

You should be open to marketing and you will draw on your exceptional training at a comparable city or large regional firm, where you will have honed your technical skills and been given responsibility.

Applications from driven and enthusiastic NQ solicitors based nationwide will be considered however you should be able to demonstrate a commitment to live and work in the Birmingham conurbation.
