An innovative commercial law firm with offices across the UK is looking to recruit a Paralegal to join its Commercial Property team at their Chester office.
You will join a highly-respected team of Commercial Property specialists, who act for a variety of commercial clients, to support them in fee earning duties. The property work handled is varied and includes:
- Acquisitions and disposals
- Landlord and tenant matters
- Planning Law
- Development transactions
This is a fantastic opportunity for somebody with a background in Real Estate, or somebody with a Residential Conveyancing background with Plot Sales experience looking to make the move into Real Estate.
