Legal Counsel

This is rare opportunity to join an internationally focused business on a part-time contract basis (3 - 6 month FTC). Working alongside the Head of Legal, from offices in Milton Keynes, the Legal Counsel will be involved in a wide variety of commercial, corporate and company secretarial matters.

Our client is a specialist engineering company that provides innovative products and services to clients across the globe. Based from offices in Milton Keynes, the legal team is an important element in the company's success.

Headed up by the Head of Legal, the legal team has responsibility for a broad range of commercial, corporate, IP, company secretarial and ad hoc legal matters. This includes negotiating and drafting sales and commercial agreements, on a global basis, and dealing with company secretarial, governance and compliance matters too.

This is a great opportunity for a Solicitor or Barrister looking for in-house contract work, whilst also having the flexibility to work 4/5 days on a reduced hours basis.

Applications are welcome from lawyers working in private practice or in-house roles, however there is a preference for individuals to have a company commercial background.
