Are you a law graduate undecided about what direction to take? Or hoping to start your LPC part time in September but want to gain some invaluable experience in a law firm? Then this new role could be perfect for you!

A unique opportunity has arisen at an award winning law firm based in London to working alongside one of their award winning legal teams in a customer focused role. Full training will be given and the firm offer a supportive, friendly and social environment.

This isn’t a paralegal role, nor will it lead to one or the chance for a training contract but what it will offer you is the chance to gain genuine experience at a top law firm without any prior experience in a legal environment.

The role will be dealing directly with incoming calls from prospective clients, assessing their case and whether your firm can help them, dealing with queries that arise and above all leaving them a positive and professional impression of the firm.

Working in a team alongside others in the same position this is a busy role and perfect for someone with excellent communication skills and who loves a role with high levels of interaction rather than just being hidden away somewhere doing document review!

Ideal candidates will have completed their law degree and have at least 12 months’ experience in a call centre or customer services type role.  Role is permanent and an immediate start.
