Corporate Solicitor: 2-5 years PQE

JOB TITLE Corporate Solicitor

SALARY – Up to £50,000 DOE

LOCATION:  Leeds City Centre

We’re looking for somebody with around 2-5 years PQE who can handle a wide range of company/commercial matters; from reviewing and advising on terms and conditions of trade, through to shareholder agreements and more complex transactional work.  That’s what you do, already, isn’t it?
