Seeking a Corporate Commercial Lawyer to join a leading Law firm in Liverpool

THE ROLE
We are currently tasked with sourcing a Corporate Commercial Lawyer to join our clients well regarded law firm. The successful Lawyer will take on a vast case load from the onset; buying and selling private limited companies and privately owned businesses; advising company directors on insolvency matters; advising shareholders; drafting agreements; advising on resolutions; advising on and drafting IT and e-commerce related contracts; advising generally on Intellectual Property; drafting and advising on a wide variety of commercial contracts; Non-Contentious Employment matters, including preparing and drafting Contracts of employment.

THE CANDIDATE
You will be a qualified solicitor or Corporate Commercial Legal Executive.
You will have experience in Employment Law, Corporate and Commercial contracts particularly IT/IP related.
You must be reliable and able to work on own initiative.
You will be able to organise your workload to meet tight deadlines.
You will have first class communication and client care skills.
