Our client is a successful commercial law firm based in Uxbridge. They recently saw their Senior Partner and Head of Corporate retire and they are eagerly looking for a replacement. They do some surprisingly big corporate work there.
The team consists of a Locum who is holding the fort, One Senior Associate and a junior Solicitor. This is a really exciting role for a Corporate Commercial Partner or someone with partnership aspirations to run and grow their own department.
The team also do quite a lot of Company Commercial agreements, including for example IT agreements.
