Your new company
A leading international pharmaceutical company specialising in the development, research and manufacturing of pioneering vaccines, medicines and consumer healthcare products. My client is looking to recruit an experienced paralegal for a long term project (9-12 months) focused at updating company contracts to mitigate Zero Hour Contracting risk associated with SOW's.
Your new role
Day-to-day, you primary responsibilities will include reviewing SOW/Outsourced contracts to determine worker type and establish if there is any link to Zero hours. You will identify supplier contracts that need alteration and submit and process contract amendments as appropriate. You will also be required to liaise with the procurement department on a regular basis and ensure efficient database management.
What you'll need to succeed
You will be a Paralegal with 3-5 years' experience working either in-house or for a reputable law firm. You will have a strong track record of drafting and reviewing commercial documents such as SOW's and master service agreements. You will also be a strong communicator (written and verbal), able to stand on your own two feet and stay on top of a busy workload.
