Residential Property Solicitor required in a picturesque location.
Situated in North Cornwall, close to mines, moors and excellent surfing locations; our client is a well-established, High Street firm offering a broad range of services to individual and business clients throughout the South West. The Role
We are now seeking a talented and driven Residential Property Solicitor to join our clients’ flourishing practice in the Wadebridge area. Working as part of a specialist team, the successful Solicitor will manage a full and varied caseload of conveyancing transactions from instruction to post-completion. Matters will include: sales and purchases of freehold and leasehold properties; equity release; remortgages; transfers of equity; lease drafting and; tenancy agreements. The ideal Solicitor will also build and maintain strong working relationships with clients and external referrers.

The Candidate
You must be a qualified Solicitor with at least 3 years’ PQE gained within a well-regarded Residential Property department.
You must have excellent technical skills with a broad range of expertise and be able to manage a full caseload with minimal supervision.
You will be client-focused with strong interpersonal skills across all levels.
Prior business development experience would be highly advantageous.
You will be a flexible and proactive team player.
