As Head of Legal Services you will assume a leadership role within the legal team and support the Group Company Secretary to provide an efficient, effective and client/customer focused legal service in accordance with legislative requirements and good governance standards.
It is essential that you have previous experience of working as a solicitor on the Pharmaceutical sector.

Profile
Education/Qualifications
- Qualified lawyer of 10+ years post-qualification (PQE)
- Previous experience as a GC or Head of Legal or equivalent level post
- It is essential that you have previous experience in the Pharmaceutical sector
Experience
- Considerable commercial contracts experience gained in a law firm or commercial organisation
- Experience of drafting, reviewing and advising on complex agreements
- Experience of working in large group structures
- Previous experience of managing at least 2-3 staff as part of a small legal team
Specific
- Knowledge of working practices pharmaceutical companies (D)
