The Role: Locum Residential Conveyancer
Location: Suffolk
Salary: £27.00 - £32.00 per hour

Established for over 150 years, our client a well-established firm based in Suffolk has organically grown an enviable reputation for providing a high quality legal service to individuals and businesses across the region. Due to a holiday cover requirement they are looking to recruit a Locum Residential Conveyancer to join them on a full time, short term locum basis.

The role would suit a Locum Residential Conveyancer who has gained significant experience managing a full and varied caseload and is technically competent. The caseload will consist of but not be restricted to:

• Transfers of equity
• Option agreements
• Secured Lending
• Landlord consents

Applications for this Locum Residential Conveyancer role will be considered from qualified solicitors, licenced conveyancers, legal executives or equivalent who have gained at least 5 years' PQE. Ideally the successful applicant will be able to hit the ground running in this short term, locum role.
