My client is a leading and award winning international commercial law with offices throughout the UK and also Europe and the Far East.
The Role
Giving supervised assistance on a case by case basis to the team to include:
- Managing a portfolio of defendant small claims and fast track motor property damage and injury claims.
- To continuously build relationships and drive improvement in the service delivery to clients.
- Dealing with caseloads from start to finish.
- To support the firms values and policies in a professional manner
The Candidate
The successful candidate will have the ability to manage caseload and will be fully conversant with case management system. You will have strong litigation experience and knowledge of defendant RTA but claimant would be good also. It is also essential that you are highly organised and possess excellent communication skills
My client are in a unique position where they can offer 2 positions within this team, 1 fixed term contract of 12 months and the other a permanent posting
