Highly accredited firm seeks an experienced Private Client Lawyer in Taunton.
THE FIRM
Our client is a well-regarded practice with numerous accreditations providing excellent services to both individuals and businesses across the County and further afield. Recognising the importance of delivering excellent client care services, they are staffed with a dedicated team of lawyers and brilliant support staff who deliver tailored advice to suit individual client needs in a clear and concise manner. They are now seeking an equally client focused Private Client Lawyer to join their team, offered on a full time or part time basis, you will benefit from working within a well organised, supportive and professional team.
THE ROLE
A new opportunity has arisen for a professional Private Client Lawyer in Taunton. This is ideally suited to a lawyer with two to five years PQE working within the private client field. With a proven track record of meeting financial and non-financial targets, you will be able to demonstrate compliance with various regulatory bodies internally and externally. Making decisions on a daily basis, the ideal Lawyer will work well to meet tight deadlines handling a diverse caseload including: providing advice on client care fees and elderly client issues; estate administration to include taxable and non-taxable; preparing LPAs; will drafting and; inheritance tax planning. The successful Lawyer will therefore demonstrate excellent organisation and good communication skills both written and verbal in a clear and concise manner.

THE CANDIDATE
You must be a qualified Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive with two to five years PQE working within a Private Client department;
You must have a flair for marketing and business development;
Solid expertise in Wills, LPAs, Probate, Trusts and Tax work is essential;
You will be a professional demonstrating excellent client care skills;
You will be able handle a diverse caseload with minimum supervision;
You will be able to work well within a team with excellent organisational skills.
