Progressive firm in Bedfordshire seeks an ambitious Contentious Probate Solicitor to join their team on a permanent basis. The firm offers quarterly pay reviews and an accelerated route to Partnership. A higher salary can be considered for applicants with a following.

Role Description
The successful candidate will be experienced in all forms of litigation disputes relating to Wills, Estates, Trusts and Court of Protection issues. This will include estate administration, debt recovery matters, inheritance tax claims and professional negligence disputes. Previous working experience acting for private individuals, executors, administrators, and trustees is required.

Remuneration & Progression
A salary of up to £45,000 is on offer dependent on experience. A higher salary can be considered for applicants with a following. The firm offers quarterly pay reviews and an accelerated route to Partnership.

Candidate Specification
This position would be ideally suited to a qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive with a minimum of 2 years' PQE in contentious probate. The successful candidate will have a keen interest in marketing and business development, and be capable of generating fees in accordance with agreed targets. Strong IT skills are essential.
