A Solicitor, Legal Executive or Paralegal with experience in property and litigation is sought to join a specialist team at this Exeter law firm.
You will join a dynamic and experienced team of lawyers providing a specialist service throughout England and Wales for caravan, leisure and mobile home parks, acting exclusively for and on behalf of park owners.
The team represents the British Holiday and Home Parks Association and is at the leading edge of legal developments affecting these businesses.
The firm require a Solicitor or FCILEX and a paralegal to join the team full time. For the Solicitor or FCILEX role you will ideally have experience in dispute resolution, property litigation or commercial property.
For the paralegal role a knowledge of property law is essential and some conveyancing experience is desirable.
For both roles you will also have excellent client care and communication skills.
