My client is a specialist personal injury practice based in the heart of Bolton. They have a well-established road traffic accident department of eight fee earners, and are now looking for an Industrial Disease Fee Earner to take control of their Industrial Disease department. As the sole Litigator, you will be handling a caseload of Industrial Disease matters from inception through to conclusion, including Litigation.
Most of the matters you will be dealing with as an Industrial Disease Fee Earner will be NIHL. You will have at least 1 years’ experience handling Industrial Disease cases from instruction through to litigation and conclusion. You will be confident and able to run a caseload from day one with minimal supervision, have experience of adhering to financial and settlement targets, excellent communication skills for liaising with clients on a daily basis, and have the ability to work within a team or independently. This is an excellent opportunity to continue building upon your experience within a friendly and traditional personal injury firm.
My client is extremely supportive and willing to offer the successful Industrial Disease Fee Earner that chance to build upon and utilise their experience and develop their skills. This is a unique opportunity to grow an Industrial Disease department, and it definitely offers that next step up in your career ladder.
