PERSONAL INJURY PARALEGAL RTA (DEFENDANT INSURANCE) - LIVERPOOL

Personal injury paralegal RTA - An enthusiastic personal injury paralegal with experience in fast track litigated RTA work is required to join this growing defendant insurance litigation practice, based in Liverpool.

  • Previous Experience: Around 1 year or more as a personal injury paralegal handling a litigated caseload of RTA files preferably from a defendant insurance background (though claimant RTA expertise will be considered).

LITIGATED DEFENDANT RTA

Due to the growth and development of the firm, a personal injury paralegal is needed to manage a caseload of litigated fast track defendant RTA files. Prior experience working in defendant insurance litigation is desirable, but not critical.

Our client will also consider personal injury paralegals with solid claimant experience who are used to handling a caseload of fast track RTA files. Applicants will be expected to hit the ground running so a sound knowledge of the litigation process is important.
