Greater Manchester law firm with offices in the City and surrounding areas seek to appoint a mid level Associate Solicitor within the Commercial property Team.

The department consists of 2 partners, 2 senior Solicitors and a 2-4 PQE and a range of supporting para legal and support staff. The firm are succession planning coupled with further expansion at there City Centre offices in Manchester City Centre and it is for this reason they are now looking to appoint an additional Commercial property Solicitor 5-10 yrs PQE.

The work offers a Commercial property Solicitor a good range of work .They represent National retail brands along with smaller regional commercial businesses and the work will be both of a transactional, acquisition and disposal nature but also offer development work, landlord and Tenant and more complex buy to let project work.
