Mixed Property Solicitor , Windermere, Cumbria

As part of their development plan the firm now seeks to appoint a Mixed Property Solicitor/Fee Earner to manage a largely residential caseload of transactions coupled with a small percentage of smaller and less complex commercial transactions and light commercial property work.

Then firm are really flexible to the level of PQE but it is envisaged that the successful candidate will have at least 4 years PQE although hose with less or more should apply and consideration will be given to any applicants with just experience without Qualification.

Windermere is a beautiful Cumbria town with a thriving community. It offers a wonderful work life balance and good networking opportunities. The firm ideally would like someone who is based in South Cumbria and familiar with the area or those with a genuine desire to move to this gorgeous part of the world.
