A traditional Law Firm seeking an experienced Property Lawyer.

THE ROLE
The successful Lawyer will take on a wide range of cases covering residential and commercial property matters. The caseload will include sale and purchase of residential and commercial property; lease holds and enfranchisement; equity release; joint ownership and declaration of trust; mortgages and remortgages and both residential and commercial tenancies. You will be joining a team of expert Lawyers in their field.

THE CANDIDATE
You must be a Lawyer with 5years+ PQE.
You will have experience with both residential and commercial property law.
You will possess excellent technical and organisational skills.
You will be able to manage a full workload and meet tight deadlines.
You will have outstanding communication skills and first-class client care.
You will have a logical and practical approach with a positive attitude.
