A Private Client Solicitor is sought to work for a well established law firm in East Devon. You will ideally be around 1 to 3 years PQE and have a genuine interest in a long term career within private client.
You will take over an existing caseload to include Wills, probate and intestacy, Trusts, Court of Protection and Powers of Attorney. You will have an active involvement in the marketing of the department to build upon the current caseload and referer network.
You will be part of a friendly working environment with long term career progression.
You must have excellent interpersonal and time management skills with proficient IT skills and knowledge of MS Word, Excel and knowledge of SOS case management.
Salary is dependent on experience for this full time permanent position.
