RTA Motor Paralegal

I am working with a well-respected and highly regarded law firm based in Liverpool’s city centre. It is looking to recruit a RTA Motor Paralegal to join its successful department.

The role

You will handle your own motor pre-litigation caseload. As such, the right paralegal in Liverpool will be experienced in using the MOJ Portal through stages 1 – 3. You’ll be confident investigating the road traffic accidents (RTAs) in relation to liability, and well versed in reviewing medical reports and records. You should also be experienced in dealing with liability disputes and negotiating quantum.
